The story
Two moments that should have broken her. One mindset that didn’t let them.
In 1990, Esther Christopher was living in Kuwait when war broke out. She found herself under house arrest — and made the decision to escape. She planned her own route, crossed the Iraq-Jordan border, and was stopped at no-man’s land by border forces. She made it out.
Years later, a head-on road traffic collision left her with life-threatening injuries. Doctors told her she would never run again due to the damage done to her legs. She defied every prognosis — going on to complete three half marathons.
That same mindset — forged under house arrest, tested on the border, rebuilt after collision — became the foundation of everything Esther has built since. Today she is the founder of the UK’s first structured trauma-biomechanical rehabilitation framework, a published author, and an internationally recognised speaker on leadership, resilience, and the human capacity to redefine limits.
