Before the Program
Before joining TPS, my recovery felt like constant firefighting. I was reacting to symptoms instead of managing them. I couldn’t get ahead of the pain or the emotional flare-ups.
During the Program
TPS helped me understand patterns. The tracking tools and somatic grounding exercises gave me anchors. I learned how to prevent instead of chase down problems. That changed everything.
Where I Am Now
I feel steadier now. I know my body better. My sleep has improved, and my baseline pain is lower. I’m not just managing anymore, I’m stabilizing.
