Before the Program
I always felt like I was behind. Recovery felt like a race I was losing. I’d compare myself to others and feel ashamed for still needing help. Every setback felt like starting from scratch.
During the Program
What changed for me during the program was the shift in pace. The journaling and pacing tools helped me slow down with intention. I began listening to my body, and stopped punishing myself for needing rest.
Where I Am Now
Now, I move through my days with less anxiety. I plan better, rest better, and I don’t spiral when I hit a wall. For the first time in ages, I feel like I’m on *my* timeline, not anyone else’s.
