The Trauma Pain Support (TPS) system is centred around three core programmes that form part of a structured and progressive support model. These programmes offer immediate access to evidence-based resources for trauma recovery, chronic pain management, and emotional wellbeing. This includes Stage 1, Stage 2, and a specialised module specifically developed for individuals experiencing persistent emotional distress, depression, PTSD or trauma-related symptoms.
As per our licensing terms, any updates to the programs developed and released during the agreed licence period will be made available to the Licensee at no additional charge, ensuring continued access to the full evolving system.
TPS is built to integrate directly into your current service, not as a standalone course, but as a professionally supported extension of your care model.
All modules come with guided resources, tracking tools, and onboarding support to help you deliver a consistent, measurable recovery experience for your clients or service users.
Stage 1: Foundations of Recovery
- Stage 1 is designed for individuals beginning their recovery after trauma, including those managing persistent pain, emotional fatigue, or psychological distress.
- It can be delivered early in the recovery process (e.g. post-discharge, post-therapy) or alongside clinical care to help build emotional awareness, confidence, and engagement with recovery.
- Integrates well into primary care, pain clinics, community physio, and return-to-work pathways.
Stage 2: Advanced Recovery
- Stage 2 supports those who’ve already begun their recovery journey and are ready to build resilience, emotional independence, and sustainable coping strategies.
- Ideal for rehab services, trauma psychology teams, or as part of corporate wellness recovery support.
- Focuses on self-trust, pacing, and long-term outcomes.
Specialised Recovery Module – Depression & PTSD
- This module provides targeted support for service users living with trauma-related mental health symptoms. It includes focused tools for managing emotional regulation, low mood, flashbacks, and trauma responses, and can be offered independently or after Stage 1.
- Suitable for mental health services, wellbeing teams, or as an add-on within your clinic’s digital care model.
All three TPS modules – Stage 1, Stage 2, and the Specialised Program – are included as part of the organisational package.
