The TPS Programme Suite

Licensed healthcare partners can access a structured TPS programme suite designed to support post-acute RTA recovery across different stages and levels of need. This page provides a high-level overview of the available programmes to help your organisation understand what each programme is intended to support and which may be most appropriate for the individual you are supporting. More detailed programme information is available within the onboarding portal.

The programmes

Stage 1

Foundations of Recovery

A structured foundation programme for early post-acute recovery. Designed for individuals beginning their recovery journey after an RTA — including those managing persistent pain, emotional fatigue, or psychological distress.

Can be delivered post-discharge, post-therapy, or alongside clinical care to build emotional awareness, confidence, and engagement with recovery.

Stage 2

Advanced Recovery

A deeper programme supporting longer-term recovery needs. For individuals who have already begun their recovery journey and are ready to build resilience, emotional independence, and sustainable coping strategies.

Focuses on self-trust, pacing, and long-term outcomes — supporting more advanced rehabilitation thinking and continuity across the post-acute phase.

Specialist Programme

Depression & PTSD Recovery

A focused programme designed for more complex presentations requiring additional structured support beyond the core pathway. Provides targeted support for service users living with trauma-related mental health symptoms.

Can be offered independently or following Stage 1 — suitable for mental health services, wellbeing teams, or as an add-on within your clinic’s care model.

All three programmes — Stage 1, Stage 2, and the Specialist Programme — are included as part of the organisational licence. Any updates released during the agreed licence period are made available to licence holders at no additional charge.

Full programme materials, module detail, and implementation guidance are provided within the licensed delivery environment.
