PURPOSE
This toolkit is designed to guide NHS leads on how to cascade TPS access and manage internal rollout of the programme across relevant clinical teams.
What This Toolkit Includes

- Reviewing programme details

- Logging staff access using the TPS Access Log Template (pdf download below)
- Liaising with TPS for feedback or queries
2. Access Handling
Access to TPS is provided via:
Secure link or member login
No individual accounts required
Can be cascaded to unlimited internal users under site licence:
Recovery Programs & Specialist Module

Stage 1 – Foundations of Recovery
Supports early-stage trauma and pain recovery through psychoeducation and emotional regulation.

Stage 2 – Advanced Recovery
Builds on Stage 1 with deeper reflection, somatic awareness, and long-term mindset recovery tools.

Specialist Module – PTSD & Depression
Designed for patients experiencing emotional distress following road traffic incidents.
Staff should only be given access if they are involved in:
- Patient care (physio, pain teams, OH, etc.)
- Referral pathway management

3. Patient Assignment Process
Once staff are onboarded, they can:
- Identify suitable patients (RTA, trauma, chronic pain)

- Assign the appropriate TPS stage or module
- Encourage programme completion and monitor outcomes
💡 Patients receive a certificate of completion automatically after finishing the programme.
