Foundations of Recovery for Healthcare Professionals
Identify where recovery is progressing or stalling to focus rehabilitation on continuing needs.
A five-session guided recovery programme for suitable RTA patients, used alongside your care.
01 · Why It Matters
Focus rehabilitation on continuing needs.
Foundations gives patients a structured way to record their recovery experiences, goals and patterns. Clinicians can consider this information alongside their own assessment to inform rehabilitation priorities.
02 · Programme Access and Implementation
Initial organisational access
Paid programme access for an agreed group of suitable RTA patients. The scope, access period and fee are agreed before starting.
Use within your care
Your clinicians confirm suitability for each patient and review the information the patient shares, within their role.
Payment agreed in advance
Access may be paid by your organisation or arranged with another party, such as a patient’s funder. This is agreed before starting. TPS supplies programme access; clinical reviews are not included.
03 · How It Works
STEP 1
Agree the scope, fee, access period and how access will be paid for.
STEP 2
A clinician confirms suitability for each patient.
STEP 3
The patient works through the programme, and their clinician reviews the information they share.
STEP 4
The clinician considers the patient’s shared information alongside their clinical assessment to inform rehabilitation planning.
STEP 5
Your organisation reviews the programme’s usefulness and decides whether to renew access.
