Trauma Pain Support

For RTA Claimant Solicitors

A Clearer Basis for Your Client’s Rehabilitation Requests

Earlier professional updates on recovery progress and continuing needs to support discussions with the insurer.

Foundations of Recovery includes a professional review template so the client’s existing professional can document progress, continuing needs, recommendations and agreed actions through existing arrangements.

01 · Why It Matters

Earlier visibility of your client’s rehabilitation needs.

Foundations gives clients a structured way to record their recovery experiences, goals and patterns. Their case manager or treating professional can review the information they share and address continuing rehabilitation needs earlier.

02 · How It Works

STEP 1

Your firm agrees the number of programme places.

STEP 2

The client’s case manager or treating professional considers suitability and discusses the programme with the client, who decides whether to participate.

STEP 3

The client works through the programme. Their professional reviews the information they share and completes a dated review using the TPS template.

STEP 4

Relevant professional updates on recovery progress and continuing needs reach your firm through agreed reporting arrangements, with client consent, to inform rehabilitation requests and discussions with the insurer.

03 · The Programme

Five guided sessions

Each session combines a guided video presentation, recovery guidance and tools for reflection, planning and tracking progress.

Session 1

Understanding Your Journey

Session 2

Dealing with Grief and Mindset

Session 3

Setting and Reviewing Recovery Goals

Session 4

Tracking and Reviewing Recovery Patterns

Session 5

Reflecting on Recovery and Planning What Comes Next

04 · Programme Access and Implementation

Individual programme places

Your firm can purchase individual programme places for clients recovering after serious road traffic trauma.

Professional review

The client’s case manager or treating professional confirms suitability and reviews the information the client shares. Rehabilitation assessment and recommendations remain within their professional role.

TPS supplies programme access and a professional review template; professional reviews are not included.
