This pathway is intended for organisations that have developed sufficient familiarity with the TPS framework and are now prepared to determine whether it belongs within their existing post-acute care pathway. Structural fit assessment is a deliberate, pre-integration step, designed to protect both the organisation and the integrity of the TPS model by ensuring alignment is confirmed before any formal integration discussion begins.
At this stage, your organisation will undertake the Clinical Orientation & System Alignment Review, a structured system assessment developed specifically to evaluate organisational readiness across clinical, operational, and governance dimensions. This review is not a commitment to adoption. It is a rigorous diagnostic process that generates a clear picture of where TPS can realistically and responsibly fit within your current pathway architecture.
The review examines your existing RTA care pathway structure, identifies potential points of integration or friction, and provides a transparent assessment of alignment across staffing models, referral workflows, documentation systems, and compliance obligations. Organisations that complete it will have the clarity they need to make an informed and defensible decision about whether to proceed toward formal TPS integration, or to identify what preparatory steps may be required before integration becomes viable.
